Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may sign in using email, Google, or Apple.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the Service, its servers, or other users’ data without authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service except as permitted by law.
• Use the Service to send spam or malware.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload, such as invitation text and photos (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service — for example, to render and share the invitations you create.

You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights necessary to upload and share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Purchases

The Service may offer paid features through in-app purchases processed by Apple. Prices are shown before you buy. Purchases are subject to the App Store’s terms, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. One-time purchases unlock the associated feature for your account.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, templates, and branding (excluding Your Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as Google, Apple, our cloud hosting and storage providers, and analytics tools. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, the rights granted to you end, and sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Invites will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold My Invites harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
